1) Return conditions
Purchasing any of the products offered on the Website implies acceptance, without reservation of any kind, as a User of the Terms and Conditions.
According to current legislation, the User acting as a consumer on the Website has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with The Nature CBD, within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the product or fourteen (14) calendar days after the conclusion of the sales contract if it is a service.
The product must be complete, unused, and in perfect condition, including all accessories, documentation, and original packaging, meaning the hygiene and safety seal must be intact. To ensure this, each returned product will be individually inspected, and any product showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
If the package has been opened, it must be immediately demonstrated that the contents do not meet the minimum preservation requirements since leaving the warehouse by contacting info@thenaturecbd.com for review of the case.
The User will only be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods purchased.
The User must communicate their intention to return the purchased product to The Nature CBD.
2) How to request a refund
Any user wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify The Nature CBD via email at info@thenaturecbd.com, within fourteen (14) calendar days.
You must provide details of the order you wish to withdraw from and specify which services or products you wish to withdraw from.
The user may voluntarily indicate the reason for the return and add any comments they wish to convey.
At the end of the procedure, a return receipt will be provided which you must attach to the package and send to the address that will be communicated to you.
The user must return the service or product to the address provided. The return receipt must match the package; the contents of the package cannot differ in type or quantity from what is stated on the receipt. The user is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3) Refund of the amount
Once the package has been returned, the condition of the product verified, and the request accepted, The Nature CBD will refund the amount corresponding to the price paid by the user within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after acceptance, deducting the shipping and return/collection costs of the product.
The Nature CBD will cover the direct cost of returns in the event of a shipping error or manufacturing defect. The Nature CBD will handle the shipping and, after verifying the validity of the error or manufacturing defect, will refund the customer the equivalent of the return shipping costs.
In the event that there is no manufacturing defect or error in the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to exchange or return their order within the aforementioned legal guarantee period for product returns, in accordance with current regulations.
A full refund will be issued depending on the condition in which the services or products are returned. Specifically, the entire purchase must be returned; partial returns, or returns of products used or damaged by the user, will not be accepted. To this end, it is essential that the product’s security seal remains closed, uncut, and unbroken, as opening it constitutes evidence of misuse by the user and will limit the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal.
If the consumer is unable to return the product or service due to a cause attributable to them, they will be obliged to answer for the market value that the product or service had at the time of exercising the right of withdrawal, unless said value was higher than the purchase price, in which case they will answer for the latter.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User, in accordance with the terms established in Royal Decree-Law 1/2007. If The Nature CBD ultimately assumes the shipping costs for the return, these costs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded, as the consumer is responsible for the costs of sending the product to The Nature CBD.

4) Limits of the right of withdrawal
In those cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised beyond what is legally provided, it will not lead to the termination of the contract and, consequently, no refund or reimbursement of the amount will be made.
All products offered on the Website are sealed for hygiene and health reasons. If the consumer breaks the seal after receiving the product, they will not be able to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product packaging must be perfectly sealed and completely intact, exactly as received; otherwise, the purchase cannot be canceled.
5) Cancellations
The Nature CBD may accept cancellations of any order provided that it has not yet been shipped and depending on its preparation status. To do so, you must communicate this through the following email address: info@thenaturecbd.com.
The Nature CBD may cancel the order if it has grounds to believe that the means of payment or the purpose of the purchase is not valid or lawful.
In this case, The Nature CBD will contact the customer and propose an alternative way to resolve the detected irregularity.
